This is a three-hour set up and serve. We set up at your establishment, business, venue, etc. and sell our menu directly to your audience. Please be aware, we require at least 30 minutes at the beginning and end of the time slot to set up and close down.

We come to your establishment and serve food for the amount that was paid for in advance. Cost is based on the number of people you are expecting. Planning for what menu items will be served is determined by you. You choose and we serve!
